When you request a child seat during booking, your driver will install the correct seat before arriving at your pickup address, meaning everything is fully secured, checked, and ready to use when you step into the vehicle. You will never be expected to fit the seat yourself at the kerbside.
Available child seat options include:
Infant Seat (Group 0+) — Suitable from birth to 12–15 months, up to 13kg
Child Seat (Group 1) — Suitable from 9 months to 4 years, 9–18kg
High-Back Booster (Group 2/3) — Suitable from 4–11 years, 15–36kg

How to request a child seat: Select the child seat option when completing your booking, and specify the age and approximate weight of each child in the booking notes. We confirm the correct seat type before your journey.

The MPV seats up to 5 passengers with 4 large suitcases. The 8-seater minibus seats up to 8 passengers with 6–8 large suitcases. If you have 6 or more passengers you will need the 8-seater. The MPV is the better choice for 4–5 passengers who want a slightly more car-like experience rather than a full minibus.

The saloon seats 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases. The estate seats 4 passengers with 3 suitcases. The MPV seats 5 passengers with 4 suitcases — the extra seat and extra luggage capacity are the key differences. If you only have 4 passengers with standard luggage a saloon or estate will cost slightly less.

Yes. Our MPV airport taxis operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week including bank holidays. Early morning pickups at 3am, 4am, or 5am are available at the same fixed price with no unsociable hours surcharge.
